Terms and conditions

General

Tmi Routarouncey, (business ID: 3426050-5, address: Kemienvaarantie 31 83870 Polvela), sells hobby horses and hobby horse equipment, as well as makes them as custom orders. Underage customers must have a permission from parents/guardians for the purchase.

Products and pricing

The prices and details of online shop products are displayed in the descriptions. The pricing of customized orders is listed on this website and all custom orders will be priced individually. 50 EUR of custom hobby horse orders and made-to-measure equipment orders of 100 EUR or more is paid beforehand as a retainer, which won't be returnedin case of a cancelled order. The retainer will be subtracted from the final price.

Orders and contract

You can order products from my online shop by adding them into your cart and confirming the order. To pay the order you will receive an invoice to your email within a couple of days. By placing an order in my online store, you are required to review and agree to the terms and conditions in effect at the time. You understand that the order you have accepted and confirmed is binding, except as later mentioned regarding the right of cancellation, and constitutes an agreement between us in accordance with these terms of delivery.

Payment

Payment can be made via bank transfer. The invoice will be sent to you via email within a few days of placing your order.

Postage and shipping

The postage depends on the country and shipped products. The order will be shipped after the payment has been received. Shipping to EU countries usually takes 2-8 business days.

Right of Cancellation and Return Policy

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act by notifying us no later than 14 days after receiving the goods. The right of cancellation does not apply to customized hobby horse orders or made-to-measure equipment. The cancellation notice must be made clearly via email to elinatuononen.et@gmail.com.

The right of cancellation applies only if the returned products are in their original packaging, unused, and properly packed for return shipment.

If the purchase is canceled, the goods must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice has been made. The sender must be able to provide proof of the return, if necessary, such as a postal receipt. The sender is responsible for the return shipping costs, which will not be reimbursed.

When returning your order, please include your name, contact details, and your bank account number for the refund.

We will refund the amount paid for the order without delay in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Inspection of Delivery, Errors, and Issues

Please check the delivery immediately upon receipt. If the product has been lost or damaged during transport, does not match your order, or is otherwise defective, please notify us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving the order so we can arrange a resolution. In consumer sales, we comply with the mandatory liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act regarding defects.

Limitation of Liability

Tmi Routarouncey is not liable for any direct, indirect, or other damages related to the order, delivery, or product, except to the extent that mandatory provisions in the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable mandatory laws stipulate otherwise.
